BY-EAR OPEN BAND: 2nd TUESDAYS

2nd Tuesdays are usually By-Ear Open Band nights, led by Rick & Chloe Mohr, and Cecelia Tannous-Taylor.
Here's your chance to play while watching the dancers and listening closely to the musicians around you.
Musicians of all levels are welcome. We play tunes from a set list. Although you're asked to leave your "dots" at home, they are still available for practicing ahead of time. See Rick's cool website for the printed music and adjustable speed recordings of the tunes.
Admission for musicians is sliding scale, $5-10 (cash, venmo, credit card)
If you can get there by 7pm, that's helpful. You are welcome to play some of the time and dance the rest.
4th Tuesdays and bookings
4th Tuesdays feature 3-4 local musicians, usually invited to join the band Box & String (Bill Quern and Sarah Gowan). We are not booking external bands, except for special events.
